The firmware is the operating system of your intercom and, like for modern smartphones, it can be updated to the latest version released by the company. Updating the firmware is always an improvement on product performance!

Download the Software Updater, for PC or Mac, and install it.
To set an “extract” language, consult this Guide.
Connect your intercom to your PC or Mac, launch the program you just downloaded and install the new firmware on your intercom. To find out what’s new with the new firmware release, see the Release Note.
